All products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. Because each item is created specifically for your order, processing and production times apply before shipment.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed and produced within 2–7 business days. During periods of high demand, production times may be longer.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been fulfilled, shipping times vary based on destination and carrier. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Information
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bsussman@awholdings.com, and we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
